Range Description

This species is known from elevations of 1,735-1,840m asl on the western slopes of the Cordillera de Huancabamba (the Huancambamba depression is a complex system of relatively low ridges, basins, and valleys), and at 1,500m asl on the Pacific slope of the Cordillera Occidental in the province of Piura, northern Peru. The range of this species is not completely known, and it could occur more widely.
