A large forest Hyperolius (males 31–38 mm, females 41 mm) from easternmost Ghana and adjacent Togo. Males with a small, circular gular flap. Pupil horizontal. Dorsum uniform yellow to brown or olive. Some males have a rather diffuse darker hour-glass pattern. Ventrum yellowish orange, discs pink.
