Range Description

According to Taylor (1962), this species is known from Pattani, Songkhla and Phatthalung Provinces in southern Thailand, and Kuala Lumpur in Peninsular Malaysia. Recent records from Thailand come from Toh Daeng peat swamp in Narathiwat Province. It probably occurs more widely than current records suggest, especially in areas between known sites. In particular, it is possible that some records of Fejervarya cancrivora in Peninsular Malaysia refer to this species.
