Range Description

This gecko is endemic to Madagascar, where it is known from a cluster of sites in the southeast, including Ambatotsirongorongo (Ramanamanjato et al. 2002), Andohahela (Andreone and Randriamahazo 1997), Manantantely (Nussbaum and Raxworthy 1994), Manongotry (Nussbaum and Raxworthy 1994) and Nahampoana (Nussbaum and Raxworthy 1994). This species occupies forests between 120 and 240 m above sea level (Nussbaum and Raxworthy 1994), and has an extent of occurrence of 1,269 km.
