Range Description

This Mexican species occurs in the Pacific coastal lowlands and adjacent slopes of the Sierra Madre Occidental from southern Sinaloa southeastward to the Rio Balsas, and inland in the Balsas in Michoacan and Guerrero. It has been recorded up to elevations of about 2,000 m asl.
