Chloris virgata (Feather Fingergrass) is a species of annual grass in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Maranhao, ParaíBa, Alagoas, The Contiguous United States, Bahia, Caatinga, North America, Sergipe, Piauí, Ceará, Pernambuco, and Rio Grande Do Norte. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.45 m.
