The plant is glaucous glandular-scabrous with woody base or low shrub. Stems are much branched and prostrate or ascending. Stipules are chaffy. Petiole is 0.5-2 mm. Leaves are suborbicular-ovate, glabrous. Stipules are 1 mm, and oblong. Male flowers: pedicel is 2 mm; petals 1.5 mm, and whitish. Female flowers: pedicel is 3-5 mm., sepals rhombic, lanceolate, and persistent; petals are minute. Capsule is glabrous and seeds 1.5 mm, angular, reticulate-foveolate.
