Body. Length 2.8-3.2 mm.

Abdomen. 2S abdominal apodemes large, broad, extended beyond 3S posterior margin.

Male Genitalia. Pygofer lobe angulate. Second point of style apex very short, toothlike, or absent. Third point elongate, longer than half distance between other two points. Angle between basal and third points <90°. Dorsal apodeme of aedeagus with distinct V-shaped ligaments, connected to anal tube and/or pygofer appendages. Aedeagus with preatrium shorter than shaft. Aedeagal shaft curved dorsad, broad in lateral view, round in crossection or compressed |, denticulate distally, with long dorsal distal lobe. Aedeagal apex acuminate in ventral view. Aedeagus ventral processes placed basally, close to shaft, shorter than shaft, divergent only at apex. Aedeagus distal processes short, apical, toothlike or absent.

Coloration. Dorsum yellow or white. Color pattern red or orange. Vertex with oblique lateral vittae. Vertex midline pale. Anteclypeus pale, concolorous with rest of face. Pronotum dark with pale lateral margins or pale with two longitudinal stripes. Mesonotum entirely pale, apex concolorous with rest of mesonotum. Thoracic venter entirely pale. Forewings with oblique vittae, without crossbands. Clavus with continuous vitta parallel to suture. Abdomen pale dorsally.
