Neotibicen figuratus (formerly Tibicen figuratus; see Hill et al. 2015) is found in the southeastern coastal plain of the United States. It is known from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia (U.S.A.) (Sanborn & Phillips 2013).
