Tergivelum cinnabarinum is a torquaratorid acorn worm found in the deep sea at a depth of ~2,450m in the North Atlantic, characterized by its reddish (cinnabar or vermilion) proboscis/collar and pale orange posterior trunk regions. [Priede, 2012]
