Propithecus verreauxi (Verreaux's Sifaka) is a species of primates in the family Indriidae. They are listed as critically endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are native to Ethiopia. They are diurnal herbivores. Individuals are known to live for 247.2 months and can grow to 472.49 mm. They have parental care (female provides care and paternal care). They rely on saltation to move around.
