Sinai Barbastelle is a small bat. Fur long and soft, shorter on the ventral side. Hairs on the head and dorsal side black in color, with buff tips posterior from the shoulders. Neck blackish. Underparts black and white, completely white on the lower part. Ears short, wide, with 5-6 furrows and never folded at rest. The inner sides of ears directed forwards and connected at forehead. Tragus trian­gular, relatively wide, with hairs and longer than half pinna length. Antitragus absent. Tail long, tip pointed from flight membrane. Muzzle short and broad. Legs long.
