G. duebeni celticus in Ireland

Gammarus duebeni Liljeborg. A brackish-water species which has become the most widespread freshwater gammarid in Ireland, as Gammarus duebeni celticus Stock & Pinkster.
Native to Ireland's fresh waters, and formerly to Normandy and Brittany. in the absence of the competitively superior G. pulex.
