Thyrsodium spruceanum is a species of tree in the family Anacardiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Bahia, Tocantins, Amapá, Amazônia, Minas Gerais, Piauí, Maranhao, Pernambuco, South America, ParaíBa, Pará, Alagoas, Mata Atlântica, Sergipe, Ceará, Rio Grande Do Norte, Roraima, Espirito Santo, and Rio De Janeiro. They have compound, broad leaves and drupes. Individuals can grow to 25 m.
