Range Description

This subspecies has a widespread, Neotropical distribution. It is native in Florida, Mexico, Jamaica, Cuba, Cayman Island, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas as well as Central America, and South America (Acevedo-Rodriguez and Strong 2012).
