Range Description

M. verticillatum has a sub-cosmopolitan distribution, occurring from Europe south to North Africa and east through the Caucasus, the Midle East, northern Pakistran, Siberia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia, to Kamchatka and the Russian Far East, and throughout northern and western North America.
