Sabella spallanzanii (European Fan Worm) is a species of segmented worms in the family feather duster worms. They are native to Albania, Egypt, Portugal, Italy, Asia, Tunisia, France, Senegal, Cyprus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Israel, Syria, Guinea-Bissau, Western Sahara, Europe, Lebanon, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Algeria, Gambia, Mauritania, Atlantic Coast Of South America, Libya, Atlantic Coast Of North America, Croatia, Morocco, and Montenegro. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 200 mm. They have parental care. Reproduction is gonochoristic, semelparous, and iteroparous. They are sessile animals.
