Bio
I am a Ph.D. student in Stony Brook University's Interdepartmental Doctoral Program in Anthropological Sciences. I am interested in comparative primate morphology and public science education. I was an EOL contractor at the National Museum of Natural History from 2014-2015. I worked with the museum's extensive mammalian morphological databases, streamlining this data for open access publication on EOL under the TraitBank initiative. I also worked on editing and writing primate pages on EOL, as well as taking scientific photographs of primate specimens for pelt coloration analysis. I can be contacted at abigail.nishimura@stonybrook.edu. Credentials: Ph.D. student, Interdepartmental Doctoral Program in Anthropological Sciences; Stony Brook University.
