Zapus princeps (Pacific Jumping Mouse) is a species of rodents in the family Dipodidae. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is found in the Nearctic. Zapus princeps is a solitary invertivore. Individuals can grow to 29 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Zapus princeps relies on saltation to move around.
