Erigeron speciosus var. macranthus (lumped into E. speciosus by FNA). Note the small bee on one of the flowers.Gambel's oak community. Associated species besides Quercus gambelii include Wyethia amplexicaulis, Achillea millefolium, and probably Elymus glaucus.July 24, 1983, west of Mueller Park, Davis County, Utah, elev. approx. 5770 ft.
