Kipfler Potato cultivar (Solanum tuberosum cv. 'Naglerner Kipfler') sold at the markets in Ballan, Victoria, Australia. Photographed on 12 September 2011.Commonly known as the Kipfler Potato, it has a yellowish skin and a light yellow flesh with a buttery nutty taste. Great boiled, steamed, in salads and roasted.
