Leaves variable.ovate, cordate at the base, base unequal,softly tomentose, prickles few, Flowers axillary, white, in dense corymbose cymes; Berries small, 0.5cm across,The dried fruits are preserved and eaten.It is learnt that reduces blood sugar and controlls parasites in the stomach.
