Description:
Description: English: Underside of Female Argiope Aurantia This beautiful spider was brought to me at work in a jar by a lady that knows I love spiders. Her husband was about to do away with it along with some yard trash. I was thrilled and set it free in my yard where it happily set up housekeeping in my azalea bushes. Eventually something got it, I fear. Probably a bird or a lizard. Date: 19 August 2007, 09:13. Source: Underside of Female Argiope Aurantia. Author: Andrea Westmoreland from DeLand, United States.
