Dumontinia tuberosa(Bull.) L. M. Kohn 1979among anemones in the Central Siberian Botanical Garden. Anemones were brought from the Eastern Siberia along with trees and other plants (Oxalis sp., Erythronium sibiricum, etc) typical for the chernevaya taiga ("blackish taiga") community to recreate a patch of such forest locally. The anemone's mycorrhizal ascomycete parthner (or parasite?) travelled along and seems to feel fine at its new home.
