Macaca fuscata (Japanese Macaque) is a species of primates in the family Old World monkeys. It is listed in CITES Appendix II. It is found in the Palearctic and the Indo-Malayan Realm. Japaninmakaki is a diurnal folivore. Individuals are known to live for 396 months and can grow to 10400 g. Reproduction is dioecious.
