Annona squamosa (Sugar Apple) is a species of tree in the family Annonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Individuals can grow to 30 feet.
