Sphaerodactylus argivus (Cayman Least Gecko) is a species of Squamata in the family Sphaerodactylidae. It is found in the Neotropics. Individuals can grow to 0.5600000000000001 g. Cayman Least Gecko has sexual reproduction. Reproduction is dioecious. Cayman Least Gecko relies on running to move around.
