Sagittaria montevidensis (Giant Arrowhead) is a species of perennial herb in the family Alismataceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Rio De Janeiro, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Cerrado, Minas Gerais, SãO Paulo, Pampa, Acre (Brazil), Santa Catarina, Rio Grande Do Sul, Paraná, Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal, GoiáS, AmazôNia, and Mata Atlântica. Flowers are visited by Tegosa claudina.
