Dichelostemma capitatum (Bluedicks) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asparagaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Pale Swallowtail, Northern Cloudywing, Pipevine Swallowtail, and Euphydryas chalcedona.
