Chiococca alba (West Indian Milkberry) is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Tocantins, Espirito Santo, GoiáS, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Pantanal, Cerrado, Puerto Rico, Ceará, Piauí, AmazôNia, Pernambuco, Distrito Federal, Caatinga, Rio Grande Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Maranhao, The Contiguous United States, ParaíBa, Sergipe, Acre (Brazil), Amapá, Paraná, Mato Grosso, SãO Paulo, Rio Grande Do Norte, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alagoas, Mata AtlâNtica, RondôNia, and Pará. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Syrphid fly, Mexican Cactus Fly, Xylocopa darwini, and Large Carpenter Bees. Individuals can grow to 0.37 m.
