Chiococca alba (West Indian Milkberry) is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Tocantins, Espirito Santo, GoiáS, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Pantanal, Cerrado, Ceará, Piauí, Amazônia, Pernambuco, Distrito Federal, Caatinga, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rio Grande Do Sul, The Contiguous United States, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Maranhao, ParaíBa, Sergipe, Acre (Brazil), Amapá, Paraná, Puerto Rico, Mato Grosso, SãO Paulo, Rio Grande Do Norte, Alagoas, Mata Atlântica, RondôNia, and Pará. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Syrphid fly, Mexican Cactus Fly, and Carpenter Bees. Individuals can grow to 0.37 m.
