Leptochloa panicea (Needle Viper Grass) is a species of annual grass in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 1 m.
