Tragus berteronianus (Spiked Bur Grass) is a species of annual grass in the family True grasses. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Mato Grosso do Sul, Caatinga, Paraíba, Minas Gerais, Maranhao, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Pantanal, Piauí, Bahia, Sergipe, and Ceará. Spiked Bur Grass has simple, broad leaves. It is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.45 m.
