Bromus danthoniae is an annual grass that grows in the arid-cold regions of the Middle East and Central Asia. I found it difficult to phorograph until I used the sky as background, and again used my p&s camera.
I posted a pic of this grass in the past years. In Israel it is common only in Mt Hermon on the border of Syria and Lebanon. In the Negev desert it is very rare, this year we were delighted to find it in the Negev Highlands after an extraordinary rainy year.
