Eleocharis acicularis (Needle Spikerush) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is associated with freshwater habitat. Needle Spikerush is native to Canada, Greenland, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Canada, the contiguous United States, the contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Alaska, eastern north america, and western north america. It has simple, broad leaves and white flowers. It is a photoautotroph.
