Cyperus ochraceus (Pond Flat Sedge) is a species of perennial herb in the family sedges. They are native to Pantanal, GoiáS, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Bahia, Cerrado, Puerto Rico, SãO Paulo, Paraná, Mato Grosso, The Contiguous United States, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
