Carex richardsonii (Richardson's Sedge) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to the contiguous United States, Canada, and eastern north america. Richardson's Sedge has simple, broad leaves. It is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.33 m.
