Allium (Onions) is a genus of herb in the family Amaryllidaceae. They are native to Canada, Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Western North America. Flowers are visited by Checkered White, Rhagonycha fulva, Sachem, and Callophrys gryneus. Individuals can grow to 0.66 m.
