Sternarchorhynchus retzeri (Retzer's Elephant Nose Knifefish) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family ghost knifefishes. They are associated with freshwater habitat. Individuals can grow to 38.2 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on anal fin swimming to move around.
