Myrtus communis (Myrtle) is a species of shrub in the family myrtles. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and fleshy fruit. Flowers are visited by Petrorossia, Amegilla, and Megachile leachella. Individuals can grow to 3 m.
