Lumbricus rubellus (Red Earthworm) is a species of segmented worms in the family earthworms. It is native to Turkey, Belarus, Ireland, Romania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Finland, Spain, Norway, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovenia, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary, United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Europe, Latvia, Slovakia, Greece, Russia, Iceland, Poland, and Faroe Islands. It is a non-selective deposit feeder.
