Montipora spongodes Bernard 1897

Montipora spongodes is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Montipora spongodes form shallow marine sediments. Montipora spongodes form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
