Montipora palawanensis Veron 2000

Montipora palawanensis is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Montipora palawanensis form shallow marine sediments. Montipora palawanensis form marine reefs. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
