Acropora millepora (Ehrenberg 1834)

Acropora millepora is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. They are native to Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean. Dead Acropora millepora form shallow marine sediments. Acropora millepora form marine reefs. They are nocturnal herbivores. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They are sessile animals.
