Charadrius wilsonia (Wilson's Plover) is a species of birds in the family Charadriidae. It is found in the Neotropics and the Nearctic. It is a diurnal invertivore. Individuals can grow to 80 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Wilson's Plover has parental care (pair provides care). It relies on flight to move around.
