Charadrius collaris (Collared Plover) is a species of birds in the family Charadriidae. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is found in the Neotropics and the Nearctic. Individuals can grow to 31 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Collared Plover relies on flight to move around.
