Stercorarius pomarinus (Pomarine Jaeger) is a species of birds in the family skuas. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is found in the Afrotropics, the Neotropics, the Nearctic, the Palearctic, and the Indo-Malayan Realm. Pomarine Jaeger is a diurnal vertivore. Individuals can grow to 917 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Pomarine Jaeger has parental care (pair provides care). It relies on flight to move around.
