Cuvierina columnella (Cigar Pteropod) is a species of snails in the family Cavoliniidae. They are native to New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Cigar Pteropod form deep marine sediments. Dead Cigar Pteropod form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 8 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on swimming to move around.
