Demoulia ventricosa (Ventricose Demoulia) is a species of Gastropoda in the family nassa mud snails. They are native to Namibia, Agulhas Bank, and Indian Ocean. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 21.3 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are slow moving animals.
