Ostrea chilensis (Chilean Oyster) is a species of mussels in the family Ostreidae. They are native to Chilean Exclusive Economic Zone. Adult Chilean Oyster form marine reefs. Dead Chilean Oyster form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 104 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
