Acanthurus triostegus (Convict Surgeonfish) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family surgeonfishes. They are native to Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean. They are solitary herbivores. Individuals can grow to 27.0 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on swimming to move around.
